    The University of Missouri launch on $1.3 Billion campaign on October 8, 2015. On November 9, the University found itself with front page coverage in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, and was the lead story on most national broadcasts after the resignations of the University of Missouri System President and the MU Chancellor.

    The University of Missouri launch on $1.3 Billion campaign on October 8, 2015.  On November 9, the University found itself with front page coverage in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, and was the lead story on most national broadcasts after the resignations of the University of Missouri System President and the MU Chancellor.  MU receive more than 3,400 e-mails and calls from donors/alumni expressing their concern, frustration and support.  Mizzou started a rapid response team and reached out to others to develop a strategic plan to address the impact of protests and unrest on the campaign and brand.  Learn what Tom Hiles and his team learned from this experience and engage in a discussion about an issue that will face most Universities during a 7 to 10 campaign timeframe.

    Notre Dame de Namur University effectively leveraged a $6,000,000 Challenge in less than a year to not only meet and exceed the goal ($6.$M or 107% of goal) but drive alumni giving participation dramatically (over 883 new unique donors), engage the local City and philanthropic community, and increase institutional branding and reputation (Increase in US News & World Report rankings by 12 spots)
